After the LTO battery cells and battery modules have been subjected to harsh tests such as overcharge, overdischarge, short circuit, drop, heating, extrusion, acupuncture, and seawater immersion, the products will not emit smoke, fire, or explode.
At room temperature, 5C/5C, 100% DOD, the capacity remains up to 85% of the rated capacity after 20,000 cycles.
Ultra-long cycle life of more than 20,000 times, far exceeding that of iron-lithium and ternary systems (1500-2000 times).
Energy-type lithium titanate can also meet the continuous charging of 5~10C; the rate below 5C can achieve a charging capacity retention rate of more than 95%.
-40 degrees Celsius stable charging power supply.
It is used in communication base stations, photovoltaic power generation, backup power supply systems for rail vehicles, new energy passenger cars, power supply systems for tunnel electric traction locomotives, substations, etc. It can replace the traditional nickel-metal hydride battery as an auxiliary or emergency power system to provide electric energy for the vehicle lighting, ventilation, air conditioning, communication and other loads, and give full play to the high safety, long life and wide temperature product characteristics of lithium titanate battery.
