Returns are allowed up to 90 days after purchase
All returned items must be in original, unused condition and packaging
Defective items will be tested to determine functionality

Details and Specifics
1. Returns for functional products past 60 days are not accepted

2. Special order products are guaranteed for 30 days only

3. Products without an approved RMA # may be refused

4. Returns should be mailed within 10 business days

5. Products must be in original packaging, like new condition without visible wear and tear, complete with manuals, accessories, and documentation

6. Products with significant wear or missing parts may be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee at the discretion of Batteryroot

7. Products should be free of non-removable labels and writing on the product or packaging

8. Refunds will be issued with the payment method used to originally place the order when possible Initial shipping charges may not be refunded unless the product is deemed defective or an internal Batteryroot error

9. Defective product returns past 90 days may not be accepted unless it is covered under warranty

10. Defective products are inoperable due to manufacturer defect Batteryroot is not responsible for compatibility issues with your components. We are available to assist in troubleshooting the issue

11. We will test defective products and upon determining if the product is defective, we will ship the replacement at no charge

12. If the product is not defective, we will issue a refund less the initial and return shipping charges

13. If Batteryroot made an error on your order, please contact us within 10 business days of delivery to resolve

14. After 10 business days, returns of internal Batteryroot errors may not be honored

15. For any products that were free shipping, the shipping charge incurred by we may not be refunded for any orders due to customer error

16. If you are hoping to cancel an order, Please contact our team within 15 minutes of placing the order in order to successfully make changes or cancel an order

Warranty Information

1. All power devices such as solar systems, portable power supplies, and converters carry a one-year warranty.

2. All battery products carry 3 months warranty.

3. The Batteryroot Signature Warranty applies to manufacturer defects only and all items returns as defective will be assessed for signs of excessive wear and tear. Damage caused by misuse is not considered a manufacturer defect and is not covered under warranty.
